Just now chat with my friend who is currently a teacher in a school. She was dropping tears because of dream and reality. Everyday she need use her loud voice in teaching and controlling her class and she is worrying the situation continuous like this will influence her health. She told me she will feel pity to the children if she leave the school as the turn over of the teachers there are quite fast. My advice to her, for dream and health, she can choose to teach in another school, sometimes we have to think the people around us who care us most. We need to take care ourselves in order do not let them worry about us. For the children, maybe they are pity, but we are not as power as god can do anything for everyone. May the children will have others teachers who able to take care and teach them.
Besides those story from my friend. Recently, most fresh graduates are finding job now. I'm one of them. The newspapers and else where always said that the fresh graduates who facing the problem of jobless is because of their picky attitude. I'm wondering myself is picky. I wish i can find a Java Developer job in a MNC in Penang area, but when i look into Jobstreet recently seems like no MNC is advertise for hiring Fresh Graduate as Java Developer. Most of MNCs wanted to hire those possess experience at least 2 to 3 years. Anyway, i have sent my resume to them. Though the hope is lower, but at least i have already tried it. May i can receive good news after this.
